I am a single mom of two and an Expertise Lead at EDSN, guiding 82 employees in their (leadership) development. With over 18 years in IT—often as the only woman—I learned to stand up for myself and take charge of my success. Shifting from delivery to people development, I now focus on helping others grow. Motherhood changed my leadership style; I embraced my feminine energy, learning that vulnerability and asking for help are strengths. Having a mentor helped me realize I was hired for being different. Now, I empower others to find their strengths and become the best version of themselves
What qualities do you think are essential for success?
Success comes from staying true to your values and taking ownership of your path. I believe in walking the talk—leading by example and staying accountable. What you give is what you receive, so kindness is key, but setting clear boundaries teaches others how to treat you. Success also means making decisions with integrity—being able to look in the mirror and being proud of your choices. Ultimately, it’s about staying authentic, standing firm in your principles, and continuously growing while respecting yourself and others.
